He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. From the beginning, talking to Michael was like talking to an old friend. So, about a week later Patrick came to install our Pinnacle SL600. Patrick was also very kind, patient, knowledgeable and hard working. Patrick Estipona is one of a kind contractor. I’ve had my chairlift for about 5 years now and was purchased through a local company “Ohana Stairlifts “. I called Patrick yesterday 8/7/25 and he came to my house at 7pm this evening 8/8/25 to change a battery after. Told Patrick it wasn’t urgent just come when he has time but came tonight after working a long day in Kauai. Tell me what kind of service is this. O haha Stairlifts is a local company with local workers that works had for the customers and community. Much Mahalo’s Patrick for all the hard work and dedication.
