I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ohana Stairlifts. Mike and Patrick are the greatest. Very professional during initial contact for info, an on-site visit for review and pricing, followed up with next day installation of the recommended stairlift. No pressure to buy, just solid information and professionalism. After we had our stairlift for several years it started to run a little slowly going up hill. I gave them a call and Mike came out to give it a once over. He said it’s time to have it checked over and serviced so he popped it open cleaned it up, greased some parts and it was working as good as new. Terrific service!!! Patrick was terrific! And so was Michael! They both went beyond expectations to help me to repair my Handicare stairlift. The original company who did install, Island Mobility Solutions, was no where to be found. Actually, the phone # on the invoice was for a different co. who would not help me because they didn’t do the install. Sent email to Handicare and 2 companies w/phone #s were forwarded. Aloha Lifts would not help me because they didn’t do the install , but Ohana Stairlifts were there to help. Patrick took the time to not only change the battery but thoroughly clean and service the entire system. He even took the time to go over some maintenance tasks! Great guys and terrific service!!!

Ohana Stairlift installed an outdoor lift at my folks' house after my dad injured his leg. They were prompt in returning my texts and calls, and always in fast communication when scheduling and installing. I am grateful that they were so patient and respectful with my folks! My mom's friend is now interested and so we are trying to get her to use Ohana Stairlift too!

I had the Ohana Stairlift installed last week. I was pleasantly surprised that the installation was done so quickly and to my satisfaction. I have found the chairlift very helpful in going up and down the stairs. I can hold all my packages and make just one trip, whereas before I had to make 2-3 trips. I would definitely recommend Ohana Stairlift to anyone, especially seniors who want to stay in their own homes.

Patrick helped me troubleshoot my mom’s chairlift over the phone this afternoon. He was thorough and professional. It was determined that maintenance was necessary. I appreciated that he explained each function for better ongoing operation of the chair. He is a gem!

Patrick, who installed the stairlift in our condominium, was outstanding. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The installation was done efficiently, and he left the area spotless—everything was clean and well organized when he finished.

i have had Patrick from Ohana Chairlifts come and fix my mom’s stairlift a couple times now. He’s not only able to fix it, but he explains everything to you so you can understand. He takes this very seriously as he knows my mother is elderly and relies on the stairlift daily, so he comes out ASAP. He’s the only one I would trust taking care of our stairlift.
I referred my in laws to Patrick to put in a new stairlift for them and it works great! i’m so glad i found him! Thank you Patrick for all that you do to keep our elderly population safe!!
